    We provide the finest quality Hawaiian leis from Hawaii. We are proud to be a part of the lei giving tradition of Hawaii and continuing our beautiful Aloha culture. We also believe in full transparency of shipping costs to ensure you are can shop confidently. Please keep in mind there is no Sunday delivery available and there is NO SHIPPING out of Hawaii on Sunday. Ordering on a Sunday and paying for FedEx Priority Overnight/FedEx Standard Overnight will not get your package to you the next day (Monday). Respectively, if you order over the weekend and pay for FedEx 2Day, Monday and Tuesday delivery is not available. FedEx also does not deliver on major holidays and typically the day after. Please call us to confirm the desired delivery date is possible if you are unsure. The 10% cancellation fee applies if you choose the delivery date and it is not possible. It is recommended to select a delivery date 2 days prior to your event. This is so that you will have a 1 day buffer if there are any shipping delays. SHIPPING OPTIONS FedEx Priority Overnight (Available Monday - Saturday) Recommended Delivery Services (West of Rockies): Delivered the next day typically by 10:30am to most addresses and by 8pm to residences for California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona and Utah. Delivery Services (East of Rockies): Shipping to states east of the Colorado Rockies will be delivered within two days usually by 10:30am. Tuesday delivery is NOT an option. Need delivery before 10:30am? NOT ALL ZIP CODES QUALIFY FOR THIS MORNING DELIVERY COMMITMENT. MOST DELIVERIES IN A REMOTE OR RURAL AREA ARE AFTER 10:30am.   • CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Cancellation Fees: Should any customer place an order through Buy Hawaiian Lei and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made 7 days prior to the delivery of the order (subjected to 10% cancellation fee). We will not refund you if your order is cancelled within 7 days of the ship out date, no refund can be issued. This includes last minute orders. Cancellations will not be accepted if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery, such as in the case of a wrong office or home address. The customer can obtain new information so that the order can then be properly delivered using correct information. If new address is outside of the delivery range and Buy Hawaiian Lei cannot deliver it, we will not be able to process a refund. However, if the container, flowers, plants or other items that comprise the order are unavailable, the order will be substituted with content equal to the original value of the order. When a customer allows substitutions, this means that the sender is allowing Buy Hawaiian Lei to use flowers or flowers they have on-hand to work with while trying to keep the arrangement as similar as possible. This may mean that the recipient does not necessarily receive an arrangement identical to what is pictured though every effort is made to do so. In cases of specialty items, such as items in a ceramic container, a different container with similar value will be used.

Process & Strict Time Limits for Claims: If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, in almost every case, Buy Hawaiian Lei will gladly replace the arrangement unless specified in the terms and conditions (quality issues not covered). The email must contain close up photos of the leis/flowers along with a picture of the box and all packing material it came in. In the subject line please enter “QUALITY ISSUE REPORTED WITHIN 12 HOURS OF DELIVERY”. If contact is made after 12 hours and/or not via email to info@buyhawaiianlei.com and your claim is covered, we will offer store credit to you if you are unhappy with the condition and quality the products arrive in. 3. Response Times: if any customer claims an order was not delivered, we ask that we are given at least 24-48 hours to investigate and to determine what has occurred. In many cases, delivery was attempted but either the recipient was not home/office and/or no neighbors were available to accept the order. 4. Delivery Was Not Made: If it is determined that Buy Hawaiian Lei did not make the delivery attempt, it is our policy that we will provide you with a refund. 5.     We ship our Hawaiian Lei directly to you with Aloha and hope you will enjoy it! The proper care can help your lei last longer. Almost all orchid lei styles, as well as Ti Leaf Lei, Maile Lei should last about 3-7 days after arrival. For Pikake & Tuberose Leis, they are more sensitive and have a shorter shelf life. See TERMS AND CONDITIONS for information about our freshness guarantees. Proper Care of Your Leis and Loose Blooms It is critical care for the flowers to be properly cared for as soon as it has been delivered or customer has picked up from our store to avoid quality issues and ensure freshness. Do not place your arrangement near fruit or in the path of cigarette smoke. The ethylene gas is detrimental to many flower types. Avoid temperatures below 45° F and do not place in the freezer. Keep fresh flowers away from drafts and extreme temperatures, which can quickly dry out the flowers and cause wilting. A good temperature range is between 45 ° F – 55 ° F. Once you receive your shipment, quickly unpack the leis carefully. Put the Lei(s) in a plastic grocery bag or a Ziploc bag. If you have ordered a large bulk shipment make sure you have a proper place to store them. Such as a walk in refrigerator or similar. Another way to store the leis is with a cooler with ice in it. Place a hand towel or newspaper over the ice so the leis do not touch the ice. Avoid placing flower arrangements in window sills and other areas with full sun where flowers can wilt due to overheating.
