DOUBLE TUBEROSE FRAGRANT LEI

HORRID!! I was absolutely mortified to give my friend a brown, half-dead lei on her 70th birthday at the STUNNING price of $140 for ONE LEI!!
I paid the extra $15 for a total of $65 for expedited delivery which I thought was going to be overnight.
The company representative took absolutely no accountability because he said that it was my responsibility since I had it shipped east of the Rockies, and that the website has a clear disclaimer regarding the risk of Shipping east of the Rockies.
Yet, when I talked to another very prominent lei-making company in Hawaii, (Cindy's leis) she said that they were refusing to make tuberose leis because the heat had rendered them unusable. In my opinion, this company should have refused to ship a lei that they knew was not going to survive and was poor quality to begin with. I had a very lengthy ridiculous excuse of a conversation regarding the nuances of Delivery Service from Hawaii. Then he told me that if I had spent the extra money on insurance, I would've had the price of the lei refunded, but not the $65 delivery fee. I am beyond disappointed.

A double lei in fushia was especially exquisite, and was a replacement for the double tuberose. We’ll have to order early for m birthday in September for the double tuberose lei.

Gorgeous and arrived in perfect condition to Southern California. Hawaiian Lei was easy to deal with, excellent communication and delivered on their promise. We are customers for life!
