• Delivery Services (West of Rockies): Delivered the next day typically by 10:30am to most addresses and by 8pm to residences for California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona and Utah.

• Delivery Services (East of Rockies): Shipping to states east of the Colorado Rockies will be delivered within two days usually by 10:30am. Tuesday delivery is NOT an option.

• Need delivery before 10:30am? NOT ALL ZIP CODES QUALIFY FOR THIS MORNING DELIVERY COMMITMENT. MOST DELIVERIES IN A REMOTE OR RURAL AREA ARE AFTER 10:30am. FedEx does not have a time commitment guarantee after COVID-19. Therefore we recommend delivery 2 days prior. For example, desired delivery to New York is Friday by 8am, select Wednesday as your delivery date.

• Saturday and Monday Delivery: Saturday is also available for most States but there is an additional $35 charge and we recommend electing Friday as the desired delivery day to avoid additional charges. • Delivery Services: Delivered within 2 days by 8pm or earlier on the desired delivery date selected from Wednesday - Saturday. For example, a lei shipped from Hawaii on Wednesday to New York will be delivered by Friday 8pm.

• Saturday and Monday Delivery: Saturday is also available for most States but there is an additional $35 charge and we recommend electing Friday as the desired delivery day to avoid additional charges. • Caution for Tuesday Delivery: Tuesday delivery is not available because there is no shipping out of Hawaii on Sunday.

• Avoid Monday Delivery for West of the Rockies: Residences for California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona and Utah, we recommend selecting a Wednesday – Friday delivery dates when using FedEx 2Day shipping. Monday and Tuesday is only possible with an overnight shipping option.

• Need delivery before 8pm? We recommend selecting the delivery date one day prior to ensure it arrives on time. For example, desired delivery to New York is Friday by 8pm, select Wednesday as your delivery date for FedEx 2Day.

Local Hand Delivery: For local orders in Hawaii, we offer hand deliveries on Oahu and ship to outer islands as well. We only hand deliver to the Honolulu area. There is a $50 purchase minimum on top of the hand delivery fee. Our shipping rates are integrated with FedEx.

Tuberose, Micronesian Ginger and Pikake Leis Require Special Handling and only covered by freshness guarantee if shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight, as they are delicate flowers and may not retain freshness expected if shipped to destinations requiring 2 days or more of transit. Customers purchase at their own risk if the destination requires 2 or more days of transit.

For this reason, we recommend using the Standard Overnight or Priority Overnight shipping methods.
