I was embarrassed and disappointed that all 3 leis were brown,wilted. The fed ex box was warm and not cool at all. I did not take pictures and I didn't plan on doing the surveys. I would chalk this experience to not order again leis and have fed ex. I wish this could have been a better experience to write about.
I paid extra to have Saturday delivery and the order arrived on Friday because it was combined with another order. I should have received a refund for this.
Great service and Leis were fresh upon arrival. My favorite online site to buy from. Plus, the packaging was exponentially awesome.
